“The app is very convenient. I'd definitely recommend it, for repeat scripts, where speed isn't required. For urgent items I'd rather speak to someone in the pharmacy. The staff are always very helpful & efficient. My only niggle was that after confirming my request was sent to GP, I didn't get any updates. My carer was collecting a different script & they dispensed this order too. Maybe if it hadn't been collected, they would have contacted me, so I won't downgrade my review. ”
