“I love the idea of going through you go order my meds. but I am afraid it is impossible to communicate with you. My emails have been consistently ignored, the communication is one way.ie only YOUR notifications.... very frustrating. Unless I can call you or text or email you to let you know where I am with my medications, I can't continue using your services which is a great pity. Your app is very user unfriendly for people like me. Sorry. M Matthews”

“somehow I have a duplicate of my repeat prescription in the app and can't see how to delete it. notification that it was with the pharmacy and then that I should collect it came after it had been collected. notifications come from the app and by email. Add in the ads and request for feedback- all in all an extremely high noise to signal ratio”

“The order was received but 2 days after the app said it should be. 1 day was a Sunday, so understandably that is not included so 1 day late. Not a major problem if we continue in this way as we had 3 days tablets left anyway ”
